What Kind Of Inks Do You Use?

Plastisol Ink: Plastisol is the ink most people are familiar with. Using plastisol will produce heavy deposits with a plasticky finish. We exclusively use plastisol when water based/discharge ink cannot be used, typically with tri-blend tees, 50/50 blends, fleece and hoodies, or if a heavier more “dimensional” print is desired.

Water Based Ink: Water based ink dyes the fabric, leaving a soft feel and long lasting print. It produces a lower opacity so garments must be light in color.

Water Based Discharge: Best for bright, vibrant colors, discharge ink removes the garment’s dye leaving only ink pigments behind, resulting in an incredibly soft hand feel. Discharge ink is used on darker garments when traditional water based ink cannot be used. Because discharge ink reacts with the garment dye, results can vary slightly from the proof. It is best used on 100% cotton however some colored shirts such as purple, blue, and greens tend to yield skewed results. At the end of the day, we believe this is one of the finest inks for dark garment printing.

Minimums?

Our minimum is 24 pieces per design.

Turnaround Time?

Typical turnaround time is two weeks. Rush orders are always welcomed but please keep in mind that fees will be applied.

What Garments Are Available?

We partner with multiple wholesalers and can source a variety of garment styles. If there is a particular garment you’re looking for, let us know! We can locate it.

Can I Provide My Own Garments?

We will need to inspect garments if you wish to supply your own. Please note that because customer supplied garments do not come from our partnered suppliers, we cannot guarantee the results. If exact quantity is required, please plan on providing 3-5% over in the event of accidental misprints.

Do We Use Specialty Inks?

We love specialty inks! Aside from metallics, glitter, and puff additive, we also have the capabilities of doing heat transfers, DTF, and DTG! Expect longer lead times on DTF and DTG printed garments.
